Symposiasts past and present and those with a shared interest in the study of food and cookery are invited to contribute 500 words (or less) on a subject they consider likely to be of interest to fellow enthusiasts. What we’re looking for, from what we hope will become our regular contributors, is originality, liveliness and depth of research.
