Carolin Young
Carolin Young is an independent cultural historian with an emphasis on the table. She is the author of Apples of Gold in Settings of Silver: Stories of Dinner as a Work of Art (NY: Simon & Schuster, 2002) and numerous essays. She is currently writing a narrative history of the fork and attempting to build a ten-foot boiled egg. In addition, she regularly leads food & culture tours in Paris for Context Travel.
