Why isn’t it free, and are tickets refundable?
We’re all in this together. Our invited discussion leaders are donating their time and expertise, we appreciate their and your contribution to help us secure our future. Therefore, the ticket price is a suggested contribution to the future of the Oxford Food Symposium and you are welcome to make an additional contribution if you can when purchasing a ticket. As such all tickets are non-refundable.
How does it work on the day?
The Kitchen Table events are held on Zoom and as a ticket purchaser you will be sent the link in an email. The link will also be available on the event page 15 minutes before the event start time if you are signed into this website and have purchased a ticket. Simply click the ‘Join Zoom Room’ button when it’s close to the event time and it will automatically launch Zoom app if you have it installed on your device. If you decide to launch the meeting in a web browser, you will be invited to provide your name to gain entry to the event.
What are the next dates?
The date of our next meeting at the Kitchen Table will be announced at the end of the previous event, booking will open then as well. We aim to be as flexible as possible, and therefore are not planning far ahead.
