Icelandic food writer, cookbook author, photographer and editor. I’ve written over 20 cookbooks, most of them in Icelandic but a few are in English (on Icelandic cuisine and food history): Icelandic Food and Cookery, Cool Cuisine, and Does Anyone Actually Eat This? I also work full time as an editor for Iceland’s largest publishing company. My main interest is Icelandic food history. I’ve attended the Symposium every year since 2010.
