Timothy Charles is Executive Sous Chef at the Fogo Island Inn. Originally from Prospect Village, Nova Scotia, Tim moved to Fogo Island in 2012 to assist with the opening of the Inn and development of their culinary program. This autumn Tim celebrates his eighth anniversary working with the Shorefast Foundation. He considers himself lucky to be a continued part of the growth of the Fogo Island Inn and for the ongoing opportunity to share the food of this place with visitors from all over the world.
